Today we attended the elemetary chool graduationb of our grandchild Jonah Ganchrow from Noam Yeshiva.in Paramus. This was the schools 3rd graduation, and the school has 700 students in 2 beautiful buildings. There is a waiting list for the school.
In Bergen County, there are 8 or 9 modern orthodox Day Schools, and it is wonderful to see their growth.
This leads into the Conservative movements latest JOKE-gay marriage without kiddushin.
TO ME IT IS LIKE SHAM SURGERY-MAKE BELIEVE
SOMEONE SAID THE ORTHODOX HAVE MISSED THE BOAT BY NOT JOINING ON THE LBG OR WHATEVER IT IS BANDWAGON.
IN 3 GENERATIONS THESE 68 GRADUATES TODAY WILL HAVE OVER A THOUSAND HEIRS. THE GAY COUPLES WILL HAVE VERY FEW.
THIS WEDDING IS NOT A WEDDING AND HAS ZERO VALUE IN JEWISH LAW.

my book on kindle 'Chavez / facelift
my publisher informs me that my autobiography JOURNEY THROUGH THE MINEFIELDS-fron Vietnam to Washington, will be available in 24 hours on Kindle,and a nook on Barnes and Noble.
My new bool on bar/bat mitvzh will be mailed from the publisher June 22.
A few monthe ago,without too many reak knowledge,I assumed that Pres Hugo Chavez had a perforated colon cancer-with a poor prognosis.It now seems he has something worse-a rhabdomysarcoma with an even more terrible progmosis.
Debbie Boone has a pretty face,good voice and pleasnt personality.She is the spokesperson for a "lifestyle Lift" commercial.The gist is that you be be young looking again with plastic surgery/Fair enough.
However,the very small print on the bottom is not legible,
Who is the surgeon/s?
Where is rhe location?
Are they Board Ceretified?
and so on.

exit polls
Last nite I came home just berfore 9Pm and put on the tv.I watched CNN and MSNBC who informed us that the exit polls showed a 50-50 race.I was shocked aftrer all the pre-election polls showed a 6.5 victory for Walker.
Of course we know the results.
Now the Dems are confident that Obama will carry the state, since these SAME exit polls showed he was ahead by 7 points.Remember, he carried the state by 14 in'08. But the state elected Sen. Johson and Gov Walker in'10.
What with 2 municipalities today in Calif. voting about 70 % to lower public employees pensions and benefits.if I were a Dem.,I would worry about a taxpayer wave in'12.
As a veteran,I think the failure of the President to once again mention D-Day speaks volumes.
My only complaint about the elction fever,is that for the next 5 months that is all we will hear about on Cable TV.It was better when Labor Day inaugurated the campaign season.
Debbie Wassermsn the big-outh head of the Dem. campaign committee sais Wisconsin was critical for '12. The MSNBC talking head said that the Walker win was a victory for Obama.
I guess when the Supreme Court throws away the Obamacare facade as a constitutional piece of legislation,Dems will be dancing in the street because of the Obama victory.
