Monday sometime. Obama will meet Peres, and thereafter Mon or Tues is the summit with Bibi.At present both Bibi and Obama are scheduled to speak to AIPAC.on Sunday
The question still not settled.Both want the other to go first.There are 2 things involved;
1=protocol- a sitting Pres. in this country has priority
2=Bibi wants to be able to respond to Obama.Siumilarly Obama would like to hear what Bibi has to say before his speech.
